What we collect
- Email when you join the launch list, sign up, or contact us.
- Account info if you create one (display name, preferences).
- Naani conversations you send, so we can improve answers and let you revisit your threads.
- Usage analytics (page views, anonymised events) to understand what’s working.
Why we collect it
To run the site, send you the things you asked for, improve Naani’s quality, and protect against abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure providers that make the site work (database, email delivery, analytics, AI providers). We do not sell your data. Ever.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion any time and we’ll honour it within a reasonable window.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and export of your data — depending on jurisdiction. Email us via the contact page and we’ll handle it.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for sign-in and a small set of analytics cookies to count visits. No third-party advertising cookies. On your first visit you can accept, reject, or customize via the banner. You can change your mind any time on the privacy requests page.
Your EU rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or a comparable regime, you have the right to access, export, correct, restrict, object to, or erase your personal data. Submit a request via the privacy requests form — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Legal basis & retention
We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent (analytics cookies, marketing emails), (b) contract performance (your account, deal-room access), and (c) legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, service improvement). We keep account data while your account is active, contact messages for up to 24 months, and analytics events for up to 24 months in aggregated form.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle data, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
